It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Okay, maybe the second most wonderful. Fashion royalty will descend upon London from Friday 15th – 19th February 2019 for London Fashion Week. We’ve looked ahead and predicted which styles will be in, what we’ll finally be getting rid off (crocs will never go away but I’ll make this wish every year) and how you can style these on-trend looks with out newest Venu J Pieces.

The Headband

We’re calling it! The headband is back and its here to stay. We’re big fans of the once humble headband – harkening back to our 90s school days – and with Prada debuting funky, silky headbands for its SS19 collection we predict that this accessory will be more a centrepiece than an afterthought this year.

To really make your centrepiece headband pop this year, we recommend pairing yours with our new minimal 14K Gold Plated Interlocking Double Ring. Geometric shapes are really having a moment right now, and with that added headband, you’re in for a real winning ensemble.

Faded Neutrals

We know that Pantone named Living Coral the colour of 2019, but beige, sand, stone and that palette we’ve dubbed Faded Neutrals is really having a moment right now. Perfectly in sync for those who prefer minimal and understated looks, with the likes of Burberry coming in strong.

Whether a dress, classy scarf or a crossbody bag style your Faded Neutral piece with our eye-popping 14k Gold Plated Genuine Turquoise Gemstone Ring for a little colour.

Dress Coats

Balenciaga hinted at the rise of the dress coat again, and since we’ve binged watched The Marvelous Ms. Maisel at least a hundred times, we’re excited. Forgoing puffer jackets, 2019 sees a switch to figure-hugging coats instead. Remember what we said about geometric shapes above? We think this falls into that category, with designers and stylists opting for interesting shapes this year.

Just like our 14K Gold Plated Monstera Cheese Plant Leaf Earring complete with cubic zirconia stones, minimal accessories for a tailored dress coat is a sure fire win.

Animal Prints

We don’t expect London Fashion Week to be snaking on animal prints (couldn’t resist a pun) and we’re happy to predict that this killer look is here to stay. Effortlessly statement, animal prints are for the bold, fearless and opinionated. Our favourite kind of human.

Whether your budget Zara or the recently debuted Miu Miu snakeskin, pair your animal print piece with our 14K Gold V Stacking Ring complete with CZ stones to create a look both sophisticated and confident.

Acid Wash

Denim will always be in. From the good old jean, skirt, dress, boiler suit – the fashion world just can’t seem to grow tired of it, and nor should they. We live in our denim. Acid wash is a trend coming in strong this year, with Stella McCartney’s acid wash jumpsuit becoming a real must have for the fashion elite.

Whether you dare to acid wash it all up or stick to a chic pair of well-fitted acid wash jeans for a more minimal look, our HAPPINESS 14K Gold Plated Disc Pendant with Blue CZ Stones is the perfect piece to go with either. Easy to layer with other accessories, you’ll be a street style maven in this look.
.
So those are our predictions! What are you expecting from London Fashion Week 2019? We’d love to know!
