Venu J strives towards providing excellent customer service with guaranteed satisfaction on all of our merchandise. We will happily accept any products with the original packaging and tags for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders in the UK if there are any issues or faults. All else, Venu J is exchange only. Venu J is not responsible for return/exchange postage costs.

Refunds for faulty goods can take approximately 7 business days or less to be processed once we receive the returned item(s). The refunded amount will take 5-7 business days to be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Please note Earrings can not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
